TO IDS, Co. / Attention Chief, Development Planning Carl Redhill;

We would very be interested in doing business with you if you can give us more information on your new TG-01"unique anti-metal detection Exotic Alloy. What about radar / sonar / space going sensors,
have you tested it to see if it is detectable by these means? How much of this alloy is available? What would the cost of this alloy be? We have a very extensive Research / Development / Manufacturing Base which we
would like to offer in a possible partnership. If you are interested please contact me directly.

Dear Sir, your offer is very intresting after a board meeting we have decided to accept your proposal, we are currently conducting multiple research into battle troop effectiveness and TG-01 is one of the by-products of this research. As for the construction of this material we are more than happy to work on a mutually benificial basis.

We have included all the requested information in a personal telegram to your nation. We hope you will be please!.

TO IDS, Co. / Attention Chief, Development Planning Carl Redhill;

We are glad to hear of your boards decision. Hopefully this joint venture between our two countries will be the beginning of a mutually benificial relationship. We would now like to issue an invitation to your scientist to come to SilveryMoon; Our Floating City in the Sky where our scientist can work together on this research. We guarantee the safety of your personnel and believe they will enjoy the experience. If this proposal is approved by you please contact me so I can send transportation, as
SilveryMoon Airspace is restricted for security reasons.

Sincerely

Though it's envisioned practical use is for the military, the United Communist States of Zvarinograd's researchers questions the sales methodologies of IDS as this metal can easily be used for hired gunmen to sneak concealed firearms into any 'secure' location and assassinate political figures. The threat to national security is too powerful to ignore and we will take military action if the international community is not assured safe methods of sales, such as history and background checks of the nation/organization buying/producing the metal.

Problem is, airport security. If metal detectors can't find em, then terrorists can get on. Unless you only give it to assasins and such
But I like it :D :D :) :) :) :) :D :D

Relative density?
Metal specs please, how do we know a gun made of this stuff wont explode in our soldier's faces?
Any metal detector based off the radar wave as opposed to magnetic disturbance, could easily detect this substance because of relative density to the carrier.
Radar wave based metal detectors are expensive(but very real).
How have you resolved this probelem?

In view of your request please let me start by saying that the product can be used for several applications besides weapons manufacture-please see list bellow:
Aircraft components
Jet engine components
Spacecraft components, e.g., fuel tanks
Components currently requiring carbide coatings, e.g., machining bits
Any application of galvanized steel, e.g., auto bodies

Dear Sir regarding "TG-01" Anti-Detection Alloy.

Specialized alloys are used to make components or containers that must resist high heat ("refractory" materials), corrosion, or mechanical stress. Many such alloys are very expensive because of the cost of exotic raw materials and the complex processing required to make the alloys into the desired shapes. The processing is expensive because it is energy-intensive and includes many complex steps that must be done in batches rather than continuously, which is more efficient. These operations include melting the constituent metals, forming ingots of the alloy, remelting and reforming the alloy into components, and machining the components to their final dimensions or finish.

IDS is developing a method for coating components directly ("in situ") with specialized alloys. The process can be used to produce an alloy coating on an inexpensive metal substrate, or it can be used to make a new class of strong, lightweight composite materials consisting of an alloy reinforced with a mesh of tiny carbon fibers.

This Research has led us to a new product, by combining Lexan Polycarbonate with binary alloys.

This method has been developed with binary alloys that form solid solutions. (Two metals are in solid solution if the atoms of one metal have completely diffused among atoms of the other metal, something like when salt dissolves in water.) Further research is needed on applying the method to ternary (three-metal) alloys and intermetallics (metal mixtures in which diffusion is incomplete).

After The Initial diffusion the Alloy is bombarded with Positive Atoms this produces an extraordinary product, a polymetalalloy. This product is unique in its first stage of development it is eqvilant to DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating is a protective carbon layer that approaches the hardness of diamond. It is 20 times tougher than a standard Metal.

During the second Phase the the lexan absorbs the metallic alloy-producing a poly-metallic alloy that has no trace of its original compound structure. We have tested the alloy agianst the follwing :

*Grade C-metal detectors.
*Roentgenography Machines
*Geo-Physical Deep Particle Scanner (Satalite)
*Effective agianst Passive Sonar and

(Thanks to the high-temprature moulding and egronomical lathing the alloy can defeat passive sonar and ECHO-Scanning)

As for the safe transfer of this technology, we plan to only sell to G-8 or nations with a excellent standing in the UN and a 3A credit rating by the World Bank. Once technology is transfered its upto to the nation own security agencies to make sure that this material is safe and in the right hands.

It would also be picked up by X-Ray, as a property of metals is there densitys make them veiwable on X-Ray, so unlss you have made its density as thin as skin or tissue, your gonna be picked up. But if you made it like that it would blow up as a gun.

I prefer to use, my own invention, the assasins shaving kit, you slot different parts of the shaving kit together to make a gun. Very usefull.

The product we have produced is a poly-metalic Alloy "Poly" =High-Performance Structural Fibers for Advanced Polymer-Matrix Composites
"Metal" = magnesium diboride (MgB2), 90% W-Ni-Fe-Mo-Advanced Alloy. All in all it produces Advanced Polymer Alloy.

To insure prospectice customers regarding the strength of TG-01 and other APA's all Shuttles are coated with a carbon based APA, with our advanced APA we only have 10% carbon in the material so you would need a Geo-Physical Scanner with great penetrative power to actually pick that up, furthermore the final product is highly refined reducing the Fe,Ni,C8 levels after which it is superlatively lathed using the lates laser cutting machines-producing a very dynamic material with almost 20X the Strenght of Ordinary Steel and a Extreemely High Melting Temprature.

I hope that was enough to convince you regarding the high quality of our product.

Doctor let me assure you that Kormanthors intensions as to the use of IDS's new alloy is mostly for our future tech. applications as we have a large manufacturing base for starship parts and the like. Beyond that we thought there just might be some earth based naval applications, but that remains to be seen. We would never manufacture any type of weapon for the express purpose of assassination attempts on political
figures.
