OOC - CorpSac, you may find that 'EMP protection' is very difficult to obtain.

It is much easier to simply build a larger EMP weapon than it is to shield your electronics. It's an arms race that always favors the EMP weapon in short order.

EMP protection does not need to be on but if the fighters have a small bit of shilding then its better then nothing

Demonstrations:

First up, the AK-111.

A soldier stands, brandishing an AK-111. First, he takes it apart piece by piece. He demonstrates how it can be taken apart, all pieces in one minute, and put back together again. He demonstrates the cleaning equipment in the folding butt, and shoulders the thing again.

Then, he selects single shot. He fires off 10 rounds. Then, burst. He fires off three bursts. Then, finally, he selects full auto, and aims at a target 100 metres away. He opens fire, and downs the target with 11 bullets all over the body. inally, he demonstrates how an M203 can be fitted quickly, before firing one off at a jeep hulk in the distance. Finally, he shows off the quick reload feature of the weapon, by reloading in 4 seconds. We thank you for watching our display.

Now, the RPG-15. The soldier shoulders it, and shows it off 360 degrees. Then, shows off the imager system in the scope. He shows off the trigger group, and how to hold the thing. Then, he takes aim at a T-80 without ERA, 200 metres away. He fires off the rocket, which wizzes to the target in one second, and explodes to the front.

Another camera is near the tank, and shows the penetration and explosion. The camera then moves close up, and shows a huge hole in the tanks frontal armor. Then , its shows inside the turret, where everything is smoking. And that ends our RPG-15 demonstration.

Finally, the M-26. A single M-26 with ERA sits infront of 100 metres of obstacles. Then, it acceletrates quickly, and jumps over the first jump, before bouncing over some bumps, plowing through water and doing a 360 degree turn. It stopped, and rotated its turret.

It then targetted some targets 200m away, with its MG. The targets went down in a burst. Then, the commander sat in the turret and fired his PKM, obliterating what was left of the targets. He hopped back in, and the tank sits for a while. Then, it targets a T-90S with ERA downrange. The turret faces it, and the gun fires. The tank explodes, decimated. It is finished off with an ATGM fromt he internal system.

Demonstration time- The Assault Rifle
A soldier shows the solid workmanship of the XM8. It is taken apart and reassembled in less than a minute, due to the few different pieces of the weapon. The soldier than shows the number of different types of weapons that can be made from the basic weapon, all with only the deconstruction of one part of the weaon, achieved in less than thirty seconds. Only with the XM8 can you get an assault carbine, a squad automatic weapon, a sniper rifle, a grenade launcher, and a compact version of the basic assault rifle out of the exact same weapon. He also shows the lightweight weapon, the entire thing weighing in at only 2 kg. despite its size. Now, onto the firing test. The weapon fires perfectly, firing quick clean shots in the single mode, rapid bursts in the burst mode and firing through an entire magazine of thirty bullets in all of 1 or 2 seconds. Than, the soldier shows why the weapon is so useful. He detaches the front end of the weapon and the magazine fitter. He than reattaches a longer barrel with a stock built in and attaches a new maqgazine size. He than calmly sets the gun on the ground, shoulders it, and proceeds to fire 100 rounds in less than ten seconds.

OOC:with a ROF of 750 as both of the weapons are, as i work it out 750/60=12.5 rounds a second if its a 750 clip thats about 2.08 secs give or take if im right for a for a 30 round clip. just asking cos i find it hard to empty a clip in 1 sec, so to empty a 100 round clip thats would be 8 secs to empty the clip. just asking..can somone confirm my working outs.

To reply to your question- The firing rate of an automatic is usually tested by a computer. So, naturally, the human reaction time in battle will be a bit longer to empty the full magazine- however that's only a few seconds more, mabye five secs more at the most. So, since the test would have hapopened in a calm setting, max time to fire for a trained soldier would be about 15 secs. for 100 bullet magazine and 5 secs. for the 30 bullet clip, still pretty darned fast.
