In a daring move, President Sherman has decided to strengthen national security by banning all terrorist organisations from the Republic of Austar Union:
"It has come to my alert that terrorism on the planet of Nationstates is on the rise. Therefore, under my administration, all terrorist groups are to be banned from all operations in the Austar Union. As we speak, the National Security Agency is arresting all known terrorist cells. They will also be establishing the Terrorist Reaction Squad (TRS), to seek and destroy all terrorist groups within the nation. This is a move which I beleive will greatly enchance national security in a turbulant world.
