4.5 billion dollars to provide a respectable navy to protect 21 nations? 4.5 billion for one or maybe two nations, but you'll have to spend a good deal more than that to outfit yourselves properly.

i dont have a navy but i can offer you an air force

all right you are too small to have a navy plus 4.5 billion, which is probably your entire national budget so you couldn't advance at all, is about one carriers worth of cash and thats for a bad one

Cronoeria youll have to remember that the icy waters of Antaractica make it hard to keep large amounts of ships in our regions and we do not require a large Navy to protect ourselves.

Afbrianistan Ive been upgrading our regions AirForce recently but we are only allowing 1 billion to be used for the purchasing of aircraft.

yeah but with only "4.5 billion" you are not putting that much in and so ya know you don't have that much. i alone have 100 million our founder has 8 hundred and we have a few in the billions. but telegram me and i can donate some ships

Just so you ppl know this is Antarctica in December, dark all day frequent snow storms and icy waters with glaciers. The enviorment simply will not allow a large Navy so we dont allow much cash for it.

As a sign of goodwill, the ailing submarine yards have decided to give as a Christmas/Hanukah/Kwanza/or whatever gift of four Hai Teng Class SSK/Hs...

and really the donations are from me cuse normally i would have to get aproval but i represent our kind region. (but if were kind why do we have roud a hundred space shipyards making battle ships :twisted: )

aww what the heck. i got into a lil bit of our regions money and we shall send around 100 harrier jets (like they use in real life) to your region. If your region is in need of anything in the future look to ours. i am sure the UND and the others shall be glad to help.
