1. If you did get Nuked (and RPed it) then you are allowed to RP the broken reminants of your nation, assuming you didn't ignore the people who nuked you (though in all fairness, if they do it with ok RP you will look bad for ignoring a legitimate attack. They don't own your nation unless you give them the password... however, IC they could sell your nation but whoever buys it wouldn't accually have your nation unless they went into it and invaded it... in which case your remainer citizens can fight back... you get the idea, read FAQ's for more details.
2. Griefing is a term used for invading a region and kicking them out, I think the term you are looking for is "Flaming" and they are not actually insulting you personally... or at least not too much. Meanwhile "trolling" is a term used for posting a statement in the hope of getting angry replies aimed at a certain group... they are not trolling...
3. They are in the wrong, but it seems that you guys have issues to resolve... they can't actually make on their offer of your nation, they can "sell" your nation but the person who buys it won't get it, because you are still there. You have the right to RP your nation even if it is a nuclear crator.
