I wouldn't nearly be as confident as some others about sending in elite soldiers, as I haven't even done my infantry soldiers...I'm a bit clueless at that part of my military...but the twelve I will provide are a very well-trained team of investigators in both intel and arms use.
I suggest we first outline a strategy of how we want to deal with the mafia(s) :) and then use the Federal Union's forces and Samtonia's lots of forces to break down organized crime in your nation ...

The PRSA always has believed in overpowering force. So, these anti-vehicle rocket launchers are just in case. Also, we are not proposing using all of our troops at once. We are merely sending over our wentire special forces dividion. They are ready for anything.
