The Navascan Department of the Military is currently taking on some projects, including an anti-missile defense program (THAAD) and an "optical camouflage system" (OOC: This may lose funding since it doesn't look that feasible). We're asking for any donations (either monetary or scientific) in order to advance thse projects. Anyone interested?

We would like to help in the optical camoflauge. We will provide 1,000,000,000 USD towards the cause. All we ask for is rights to produce it when it is finished and some information on your other project for we are creating a similiar one.

Thanks you very much, The Macabees and Chancland, money's been received.

For those of you that want to know what the "optical camoflauge system" is, there's two separate projects concerning this. Right now Navascuez is in Stage I, where we're working on cloaking stationary objects. This is done by placing a high-definition video screen in front of an object, such as a fueling station, military base, etc. The video screen blocks the object from view and at the same time displays a crystal-clear image of the background so it appears that the object isn't there at all. At close range the camouflage most likely wouldn't work, but at long distance there's be a high success rate.

We already have Optical Cloak... it is nothing to undergo scrutiny, but it most certainly makes it a hard target.

It uses a multifaceted liquid crystal screen over the skin which projects corresponding images captured by small cameras. They have multiple faces so that it will display an altered image depending opn your angle, like a "hologram" you would find in a box of crackerjacks.

Thanks a lot, Langham, the money's much appreciated. And Raysia, how do you project the image onto the screens? Obviously there's no projectors mounted on the plane to project an image, so is it computer-fed? And how are those 63 Baptists that were arrested for protesting?

Total sum: $4,036,000,0000 USD

It's a big deal for our nation since we resemble a 1950's-style Southwestern American culture, stuff like this hasn't been tried over in these parts.

As far as projecting goes... well it liquid crystal, like the stuff you would make a laptop display out of, or a tablet PC et cetera... this is just taking it to the next level and making the screens into a 3d texture, which changes image slightly depending on your angle, like those little animations or 3d images you find on some movie cover art and stuff like that. The image is fed into the crystals by the elctrodes at their base.

What's the average cost of outfitting a vehicle with this camo?
