The nation of Western Navascuez is experiencing a population explosion, and we need to build efficient energy-supplying facilities to accommodate the growing population. On that note, we wish to hand out a contract for a nuclear power plant and accompanying facilities to anyone interested. The plant will be used solely for energy-providing purposes, not for the productions of nuclear weapons. Price is negotiable. Also, feel free to add any facilities that are necessary for the maintenace of this plant.

The Nation of Hutu would gladly build your Nuclear Power Plant for free, we can provide all materials needed. We also can build a large outter wall with guard towers for protection from national revolutionaries/terrorists or any attackers. We can also provide your nation with enough Urainium to run this plant each year for 12 Million the first year and 6 Million each year after. Also, if you find any problems with the plant once it is built we would gladly send our team back in to adjust and fix anything for free.
