OOC:Let see if I understand you correctly.

You want someone, like me, to build some schools and a few defencive units for your country.

If I am correct, at what cost are you going to pay me, and what further bonds can be made?

Well, here is the bid for your uniforms.
Each uniform will cost $75 American without the helmet and $90 American with said helmet. Also, the more heavily armored Version of the armor costs $155 American per uniform and $175 American with helmet.
Standard armor is Kevlar Flakvest, camoflauge patterned Jacket and pants, and black leather boots and belt.
Helmet is made of Kevlar with layer of titanium inserted for added protection.
Armor version B-2 is more heavily armored, with a layer of titanium inserted into the Kevlar protector, which covers the chest, neck, upper arms, and upper legs and knees, as well as the boots.
The helmet is the same, but with added titanium thickness and more padding.

After long thought, the Kaiser decides that he will not act upon this request for a contract.

{{Kaiser Broadcast}}
I, at this time, would like to inform you of the reasons in which we did not act on your conditions.

#1:We are not in the state of wishing to act upon such an ordeal.
#2:We wish not to deal with such small actions of government relations

While our economy is too small to provide a great deal of assistance in the actual construction of your schools, we are known for our book publishing industry, and would glady offer our services in the publishing of textbooks for your educational system. We will draw up a contract based on our costs if you are interested.
