Today a Terrorist Attack was reported outside the City Hall in the Greyiev capital Pugachev as a car attempted to ram the building while packed with explosives. Fortunatly, the soldiers guarding the building, which at the time had the Premier and his advisors addressing an important issue about streaking.
Later this afternoon Premier Alexandr Chernev addressed the International and National Press clad in his formal military uniform saying;
"So far, our nation has been free from Terrorism, but with progress comes also many difficulties. Rest assured that the responsible will be apprehended and when the have, the will face justice!"
In the past Premier Chernev have been suspected to aid the Terror Network of Al-Qaida and Saddam Hussein because of his party, the Union of Socialist Workers, and his former posistion in the Soviet Communist Party, and for his known dislike for the United States of America. However, we dare to say that this recent attack proves that Chernev has no involvement with the Al-Qaida.
