(( Isn't the Beretta M92F[S], however splendid, a rather "not-new" sidearm, contrary to your thread's title. Perhaps I am mistaken, but I believe the Model 92 F is a rather old weapon ( in the sense of 2-3 RL years ). ))

OOC: I'm fairly sure it's even older than that- the M92FS took over from the venerable Colt M1911A1 .45 in about 1984 IIRC. Therefore, the Beretta design would be older than that- Pietro Beretta have been making guns since 1542 or thereabouts, so they've had a while to practice... :lol:
