The USSCR has shifted from industry (that's all it ever was, as no war ever took place) to technology. Across the nation science is ruling and laboratories spring up. Expect many things to come from this great shift. A multi-national laboratory is being expanded to be able to permanently house scientists and technicians from 10 countries.

The USSCR hesitates to allow entry by the wording of the application. The endeavours here are not simply military. If you have joined or will join with this intention you will be disappointed, as many projects will be based on bio-medicine and cellular construction.

Seeing as we are filling up rather quickly, I will now lay some ground rules.
1. No weaponry allowed inside the research building except USSCR personnel.
2. No photography or data-recording devices except those issued or cleared by the USSCR.
3. No information shall leave the building until projects are cleared as "Finished".
4. All scientists are expected to adhere to secrecy policies while the project is in progress. (This means they can't talk to other nations not involved.)
5. No objects shall leave the building unless cleared by USSCR officials.
6. Any violence occuring within the research building will lead to the ejection of that person and possibly a fine based on damages.
7. Rules are subject to change and be added to.

I've recently purchased some planes called J-19's. They are built to go into the Earths atmosphere where they bomb the Nation. I am intruiged with this design and type of aircraft and I have my technitions working on it. We are hoping that we could make advancements on this type of technology and create much more effective planes. I am submitting this project to the Multi National Research Centre so we can see what people come up with. Here's the pic:

Apparently it can reach space and travel to its destination there, making things quicker. This allows it to fly above normal sensors and manouver through illegal air space.

My nation once researched this type of technology, but it was never completed, as the space program made leaps and bounds and thus took presidence. However, I can have my team find the stored data, and we can work from there. I believe that we had the basic system down, and had begun designing the hull, when the program was shut down. Perhaps we can work from there.

The USSCR has been glancing over specifications, and it does not see exactly where improvements could be made. It is launched into the atmosphere, dropping a bomb where no one can hit it, and then glides back to its airfield? If not, add some wings and control surfaces.

Well its basically a start in space exploration, if we can successfully get a bomber up there we can progress and get satillites and things out there to various jobs.

It's a progressive form of research. We start off with extremely high-altitude technology, then can easily work our way more safely into space technology from there. After all, if we can understand better how to minimize accidents.

Har Land has uncovered a volitile substance. It's a solid and a mix of some various substaces. Plastic explosives and several other chemical compounds we're mixed and has increased the yeild of the explosion by atleast three times. Aside from a powerful explosive, more convential means are being looked into.
The scene earlier today:
http://www.tacticalblunder.com/~uploads/Harnu/Javexp1.jpg
As can be seen, the flash from the explosion was much brighter than usual, possibly the reaction of the substiances in side.
Test target was a decommisioned soviet made T80.

Interesting. This is certainly worth looking into.
On another note, our nano-technicians have been working on using nanomachines (http://www.angelfire.com/ns2/toxicvalley/nano.html) to for constructive purposes (food, products, anything). However, they are having trouble getting an effective environment and materials-feeding method. Perhaps we can work on something to improve it.
