OOC: He can own a couple tactical nukes, not that they'll do him any good in the event of war with a country with a decent nuclear stockpile. If he uses them he'll be f*cked, if he doesn't he'll be overwhelmed. Cayo, save your nuke fund for other weapons, nukes are useless anyways.3
