Thats why i only offer funding to nations under 500 Million

Money is not an issue we can provide money for the smaller nations we just need nations to give the money and we cannot accecpt your money as we do not know what the younger nations would do with such money so it we do not know if it will be spent on millitary or non millitary things

-any technologies that involve mass distruction will be withheld.

-peaceful withdrawl pre-20 mill, is capable w/out complication.

There is no real re-payment plan except that any technologies discoverd must be shared with us if you still want to go thru say so and ill send you the lil contracty type thing where we both agree on the set rules
