Edit: Apparently the nations that use automated weapons don't enjoy smaller nations having EMP weapons, so I'm sorry, but the EMP weapons I promised you can't be shipped... Sorry. :(

Well, we can provide you with 10 EMP bombs (aerial delivery only, sorry no ICBMs or cruise missiles)
200 EMP Grenades
And 10 Prototype EMP rifles (Note that we would like a rating on their effectiveness.)

EMP weapons in general are great for armies that use robots or other automated weapons.Pray tell, HOW do you make a rifle that shoots EMPs? You don't, that's how. We'll crush you too if Gondor accepts your offer.

As for EMP sheilding, it's a relitivly simple affair. Just coat the inside of the robots' shells with a thin layer rubber, and then place tiny wires in that rubber that direct an EMP away from vital components.

Perhaps I should have been more clear. They are more like EMP grenade launchers, except that they shoot smaller versions of our EMP grenades. (20mm versus 40mm. :))

Well, EMP weapons don't necesarily have to be future tech. A very basic EMP bomb could be near modern tech. By 2012 I'm fairly sure that we will (IRL) have EMP weapons, if not sooner.

thank you rockport, but i already have EMP bombs and am disasembling one of them to study it and produce our own. We have studied them and have found out how to make them, we have just recently given the blue prints to the arms manufacturing industry.

No, you lost. Because you didn't listen to me, you will find that we will attack you at the tiniest things. We as in me, all of my friends, all of my allies, and all of the people with enough braincells to know that n00bs and EMP dont mix, unless the n00b is a smart Newbie, like some of my younger allies. Anyway, I'm not against you getting anti-technology weapons. It's just that EMP weapons are over-exaggerated. An EMP producer, the size of a normal building, full charged, can barely shut off a computer right next to it. You'd be better off sending a small missile into a power factory and into the capacitor/generator. Safer.

Well, a future tech EMP weapon could probably do more than that, as could an EMP weapon of suficient power, such as one with the EMP power of a tactical nuclear weapon.

Yeah. But how would it affect AI in things like ICBMs. It could make them self-destruct in thier silos or warehouses, no?

No. It would probably just fry them, requiring repair/replacement of the system boards.

Or it would wipe all the data clean, i'm not sure about that one though.
