Hey I represent the Antarctica Defense Force (ADF) and we are looking to build up a Navy.
The ADF has developed the Artic Wolf tank which functions very well in extremely cold temperature so if we could work out some sort of a trade....... Our budget for the Navy is low so dont ask for too much money.

Yes i shall swap you 10,000 men for your navey and i want 50 of those tanks but that is onlt half the deal because when my tanks are here you will recive another 5,000 men.

^^^Typo I was talking to my friend about how this tank is similar to a M1A1 Abrams and I accidently typed "M1a2" as the tank name for some odd reason so disregard the tank name, the real name of the tank is the Artic Wolf.
Also I looked at your link East Europe but didnt see any navy things?
