And we have 25,000 in the Sas and Marines
We have changed our stance and do not want war.......... But after the success against Nibbleton it would be wise to attack them again

Doujin - he has 16 million people in his military (rounded down) and 200 million people (also rounded down for the purpose of easier math).
That would be 16% if he had 100 million people, but since he has twice that amount, the 16% is halved. Closer to 8% :)

10.2 / 70.1 = 14.55%.

That's meaningless since no one will be fighting a war with a peace-time army. Everyone would fight at maximum capability.

That was in wartime, it is realistic because they were recruiting everyone who could, young men were even forced. But in a peacefull state...

A 34 year old general, at that rate wow you must nearly an equal Officer to enlisted ratio.
Too many cheifs not enough indians, you better make your infantry BIGGER.

10 million man armies are getting more and more moot. My largest deployment (and a "End Game" move at that) was 200,000 and that was with peace time forces.

I assume by "victory," you mean "forced retreat". Other than bombing our tourists and getting your planes shot down when you tried to bomb our capital city, you weren't "victorious" in anything.
