i do have some really old Su-37K's (50, i think) that i was gonna have scrapped. you can have them all for $1.5 billion.

Flying them in-land would be appreciated, although you will receive an escort, as we are embroiled in conflict. While we need and can afford all the planes, we have decided to buy only 400 in the spirit of fair trade, leaving 75 craft for other nations. Transaction complete.
