Gigliovia has deceided to create a stealt plane for recon and rescue missions. We have decieded to apply to all other nations out there who wish to help, as we are new to the plane creation.
Anyway we need people who are able to
• Design an aerodynamic shape
• Design Build a receiver remote and computer as needed to be unmanned,
• Design and build engines powerful enough to breach Mach 6


We have allocated £100 bn to each of these areas to design and build. We can build the shape and design the "Skin" for the actual plane.
Other Specs expected
• A large enough cargo area to carry 200 troops or scanning equipment
• To be as ecological as possible so as not to pollute the environment and lead them on a gas trail.

We would like to help fund the production of this plane by providing $2 billion from this year's military budget.

In return we would like production rights for the end result. If the project drags into next NS year (I go by the 1 week= 1 NS year system) then we will provide an additional $5 billion.

200 men? That is going to be a pretty big aircraft. Its going to eat plenty of fuel too.

IC: Central Facehuggeria would like to assist with the computer systems. We have used automated systems in out Light Aerial Combat Drones, XT-1 and XT-2 automated tanks. Creating a system that could function for the unique conditions required above would also assist us in another project Central Facehuggeria is working on.

The thing is we found out that the aid supplies that we were planning to carry in that vast number would add up to 200 men weighing between 150 - 175 lbs. And all we need really is four engines on it the inner two at full thrust and the outer two at half thrust until it reaches a height of 90,000 feet when all are turned down to quater thrust and literally based on our simulations it should glide if it is boomerang shaped.

The people of Stevenopolisburgton are willing to provide modified Quark Nacelle Engines capable of speeds up to Mach 7 (modified). We will porvide these in return for plans of the stealth plane.

Stevenopolisburgton you shall receive the plans and production rights as soon as the plane is finished.
