<Fedral Union>

1) McLeod03 will be fully reimbursed the sum of $50 billion reparations and compensation.
2) Fedral Union will begin a descalation of armed forces, totalling a 12.5% reduction in military forces.
3) A McLeodian embassy will be established in the Fedral Union capital, with its own armed guards supplied by McLeod03
4) Fedral Union will hold a period of non-aggression to any state, lasting for a minimum period of 10 NS years.
5) Fedral Union will make a full public apology for attacking McLeodian aircraft in international airspace.
6) Fedral Union will reimburse the company who owned the aircraft shot down to the sum of $1.5 billion.

OOC-Have you seen the thread? He's abandoned his nation, burnt whatever left that was valuable, and Seversky has around 6-10 Divisions in there....

OOC: I really couldn't be botherd to trawl through 15 pages of what would have been utterly unreadable garbage to find out, so offer this to his "new" nation.
