The Most Serene Republic of PangeaV, would like to seek diplomatic relations with the human population of Earth and the extraterestrial Nations of Space.
We are a world, on the outskirts of the Galactic Core that closely resembles your scientists depictions of the prehistoric world of Earth. On our planet, the reptiles evolved to a state of sentience, unlike your world where the mammals did.
Anyway, I am the Herd Lord of the entire continent bound nation of PangeaV (we do have aquatic nations, as well). I would like to speak to your people's Herd leaders, to see if my Herd can trade with your Herd. We have many natural resources, plus we would like to open our planet up to limited vacationing and people who enjoy nature.
We are willing to allow a thousand individuals from all the Herds of Earth to come to our planet and seek pleasure, recreation and exploration. Any more would fill our kind with disgust, as we do not overly like mammals; We find the mammals on our planet stupid, smelly and also unitelligent. No offense, but it is hard for we of the Herd to see how humans are any different. But anyways, we are willing for a thousand members of your planets Herd to come to PangeaV.
We seek Herds willing to cooperate with us in creating an aerospace service to bring them here to PangeaV.

We would be glad for you to do so. We will provide security so the renegade Carnivore tribes do not attack you for food. Most of the Herds and Packs are civilized now, and only eat non-sentient mammals, however there are renegade Packs that like to feast on the flesh of sentient animals, mammal or otherwise.
They certainly will see you as a toothsome delight, and further will not beleive that you are a sentient mammal. We have creatures that resemble you, but are utterly unsentient. Both the civilized and non-civilized Packs raise these creatures for food. Therefore, they will see you as a novelty and will desire to feast on your flesh.
Do not be alarmed, however. The non-civilized Packs are pariah Peoples who the civilized Herds and Packs disadain and do not allow to dwell in our lands. Security will be provided by the Security Dominant Female of my Herd, and also a kindred ally Pack. The Dominant Male Pack Leader of that Pack has promised to have your people protected by the young males of his Pack under the supervision of the Dominant Male Security Leader, W'orrl.

It is a great shame that such backward creatures still exist. The All knows we have tried to change them from their savage ways, to make them give up their bestial superstition. You see, they beleive in blood sacrafices of sentient creatures in exchange foir their savage Gods blessing of fertilty and prowess in war. My own Herd-Sister was devoured by these monsters in one of their animalistic blood sacrifice/feasts. Needless to say, we have done all we could do to push these social deviants into the remote parts of our planet.
