Our enitre infantry divisions have been placed on a war footing. As have your 3rd, 4th and 5th naval trask forces.

We are now officially on an yellow threat warning towards Shildonia.

No more trade shall be allowed and any country which comes into our nationial border, wheater it be a fishing boat, or a 300 tonne destroyer, will be destroyed.

We are now patrolling our waters thorougly. And are 25 SF unit has been deployed.

Any living thing entering our waters will be destroyed.

It's a single submarine, not a taskforce. In addition, the submarine is submerged, and given your size it is unlikely you would find it so easily.

The Peoples Republic denies placing any taskforce near your borders, and finds your continued posturing deeply disturbing. We urge that you cease these aggressive moves, else we may be forced to take preemptive action to ensure our nations security.
The 201st Heavy Bomb Wing(consisting of 24 Vampire class stealth bombers, and 6 KC-10 tanker aircraft) of the Shildonian Flying Corp has been placed on a 30 minute alert to launch operations against your nation should you fail to stand down your forces to their previous readiness levels.

Our SF unit has be recalled and our 4th, 9th, 7th and 3rd infantry divisions have been stood down.

We ask that you cease satillite monitoring and remove your submarine's presence. after that we'll cease our use of the 5th Naval task force.

The threat level againast shildonia has be reduced to red and a telegram has been sent to Shildonia asking for a peace treaty.

We still remain on alert and still hold our promise of opening fire on anything that moves within our borders. Once Shildonia and Rajabiztan's relations have progressed for the better or for the worse we will rethink this descision.

Any submarines we have in the area are international waters, and so we shall not move them. Any attempt to fire on a Shildonian flagged vessel that is lawfully traversing international waters shall be considered an act of war.
The satallites in orbit above your nation have nothing to do with the Shildonian military, and as far as we are aware actually belong to a private business that specialises in weather reports. As such the Shildonian Government is unable to dictate where that business can or cannot position their assets.
Additionally, we shall not commit to any peace treaty until you open your borders to international inspectors who can verify that your nuclear program has been stood down, and that all offensive weaponry that could be used to threaten the sovereignty of the People's Republic, or the sovereignty of your neighbours has been placed beyond use.

Free passage through international waters is an undisputed right of all and threats against any vessels within such waters is deeply disturbing, we will be maintaing closer scrutiny on this situation and monitor it for violations of international law.

We firmly agree with Tom Joad. Unless the ships are within your territorial waters(usually 12 nautical miles), there is no legal protest you can give against them. Any actions taken against international ships in international waters on your part will be an act of hostility, and in violation of maritime laws.

I wouldn't be attacking first. The war is still going on. Seversky has not declared peace, neither have I. You will be hunted down and destroyed, no matter how many times you flee.

So? You're whole non-Godmod navy is dead, you don't have an economy because you evacuated your nation and destroyed it, and because of that you have no military power, and Seversky has 10 divisions of men in your nation.

ANd you don't think i could call in nations well over one billion pop. to defeat your allies? Accept the peace treaty, or face a blitzkreig. It is an embassy, a small reduction in military capacity, and a pledge not to attack any nations for two weeks. Not exactly worth losing millions of lives for.

OOC: If you do engage him 45km out to see, you will be the instigator of the war. Territorial waters are 12Nm out to see no more no less. Firing on ships in international waters is a clear declaration of war, within territorial waters you can claim he was spying and such.

No, it won't, because unless you want to godmod, you have no land, no military, no navy, no nothing. You have to RP taking your nation back, because you ruined and abandoned it.

Don't take it personally. Yes, it's a game, but you have to play fair. Let me clear some things up for you-
-There are no rounds in RPing
-What happens in one RP carries on in the next. For example, if your entire navy gets destroyed, it's still dead in your next RP, which is every time you post in an RP thread like this.
-If you want to repair your damage, you have to fight off Seversky with the little power you have left, and then rebuild, which will take a LOOOONNNNG time.
If you aren't going to play fair, don't play at all. NS has enough godmodders already.

None of this stuff with Federal Union has any relevance on this thread, so could you all just make a new thread to argue about whether or not Federal Union won or not?

Sorry for the hijacking, but after the last war, there are a lot of people wishing he could RP better. Trying to save what looks like a good RP.

As your spokes person said that you only frowned upon my our decision to start a nuclear weapons program, not that you demanded it to be ceased.

Also you should know that as a relitivly new nation our country doesn't have the fund to create such formidable weaponry.

A large number of other countires have nuclear weapons and they seem to be of no concern to you.

Also before i announced that our program had been ceased, are closest ally, sent in 4 weapons inspectors, to verify.

We will not aloow weapon inspcetors from your region or country into our country but shall allow a team of 12 from other regions to come in for 7 days to verify.

during this time there will be a constant military presence around our country as to protect our welfare, the welfare of our peoples and the welfare of our visitors.

We hope this concludes the conflcit between our nations and ocne the inspectors have left perhaps our leaders can meet to sign a declaration of peace and my it grow into a prosperous relationship.

The position of the Peoples Republic regarding your nuclear program has changed since our initial condemnation. This change in policy is in no small part due to your threats of war against our nation, as well as threats to sink innocent vessels that are lawfully passing through international waters, and your imposition of sanctions against us. These acts are not the acts of a peaceful nation, and so we must insist that international inspectors be allowed to check the validity of your claims to have stopped production of nuclear weapons. These inspectors must have as much time as they recquire to carry out their searches.
Unless these terms are met, we shall continue to hold you as a threat, and so there will be no peace treaty until you conform to these requests.

Plus you lied to us about the sue of the satilittes, your spokesperson said they were merely weather satilites but in previous posts you talk of them as being recon satilittes.

Before we agree to these terms you must cease the use of Nimrod's around our nation, plus cease the use of their fighter protection. Plus cease the use of recon satilittes monitoring our activity. And heaven knows you dont need inspectors to verify i'f your monitoring us around the clock.

The only reason why we said we'd fire on any vessel entering our waters is because we were on a red alert warning thus preventing us from allowing vessels to enter our water. It was nothing to do with you.

the last and final thing is that after we entered your region, by our countries law, and by good will we have to cease our sanctions against you.

When I refered to the satallites as being reconnaisance, that wasn't a spokesman talking, that was a secret IC type thing (like when I said I was deploying the submarine). If you follow the paper trail you will find that the satallites are owned by a PLC that does weather stuff, and so we are not lying. Further research of it would reveal that the PLC is actually owned by another company, which in turn is owned by another company. Repeat this a few dozen times, and you will find that the master company is owned by the Shildonian Government, hence we are lying, but since you haven't bothered to RP any of that you don't know we are lying. Even if you did do all of that, you still have no way of knowing whether the satallites are weather satallites, or whether they are recon satallites, and so you shouldn't be accusing us of lying. (Unless you have a space program and you sent a couple of astronauts to have a look, which we would class as an attempt to sabotage our property, and would be considered an act of war)

The Peoples Republic will not have terms dictated to us by some tin-pot dictatorship. We have made no threats against your nation, nor have we made any aggressive moves, even when you threatened us with war. However our patience grows thin, and we shall not allow you to threaten us for much longer.
Our Maritime recconnaisance aircraft are in international airspace, as are their escorts. These flights are to ensure that no Rajabiztan vessel attempts to violate the sovereignty of the People's Republic. Any attempt to fire on these aircraft will be considered an act of war, and will be met with an appropriate response.
As we mentioned earlier, the Shildonian Government has no satallites orbiting above your nation, and even if we did they would be perfectly legal, and we would have no obligation to remove them.
