2 hours ago, violent terrorists belonging to the radical group Sauce Warriors, managed to infiltrate the national Saucological research centre in the capital. They have sent warning that they have several hostages, including head of research at the institute, 8 scientists and 4 custodial staff, whom they will kill the first of in 4 hours, and then another one every hour after that unless their demands are met. The demands being that we shut down the institute and ceise all Saucological research. This we are not willing to do.
Unfortunatley, and rather ironically, HPSauce's Anti-Terror Squads are floating in tanks in the basement of the institute, becoming saucologically enhanced. Fortunatley the terrorists don't know this and don't yet have the access codes to enter this basement.
As a result the government of HPSauce would like to request the help of 2 small (about 10 members each) national or multi-national counter-terror teams to help diffuse the situation.
