Good Morning,

As New Izumi's beleives that the enviroment is an important asset to maintain, we propose a plan, if other nations agree, to invest on the rebuilding of nations enviroments, after wars, but only if they make an agreement with a multi-national committee of the investors that they will do everything within their power to avoid another war, or they will have to repay x2 the money invested, if the committee decides the war could have been easily avoided. I propose investors and nations looking for evnviromental assistance to come forward. New Izumi will provide as much human resourses as we can in the rebuilding and expect investing countries will do the same.

Kravoli beleives the environment is very important and already has several environmentally benificial programs running including the mass use of Renewable sources of energy and laws stating that all new money must has solar panel to lower the burden on the power stations.

IC: Of course we are talking things that ARE fixable. I think it is important to do what we can, whenever possible, especially countries not as fortunate to have such a clean envrioment as ours.

We also have within our own nation, many, many programs to keep pollution down and use renewable energy.
