In light of recent technological events in our nation, we the Confederated Republic of Tulrania, otherwise known specifily as the Confederacy of Tulrania, offer in a gesture of goodwill and friendship our technological research on Ion Technology and Ion Weapons Technology and Production. This is at no cost. Acceptance of this offer is requested that the acceptee post that he has downloaded the files on Ion Technology, as we would like to keep track of nations interested in this and more technology.

Our next breakthough will be in the Atomic Area for Weapons and Technology then in the Anti-Matter area for Weapons and Technology. All can be used for Non-Leathal purposes. All will be offered freely to all nations as a gesture of goodwill and friendship.

Factually yes, however, with charged particles and Hyperactive atoms syabilized in an artificial Electromagnetic Field, it could produce a valueable power source in a Electromagnetic Sphere Generator or, perhaps, as a projectile shot from a cannon.
