Today, homeless people clog the streets of our busy capitals and cities and provide nothing more than a nuisance. After much objective theorization, Smotion Dynamics, one of Doellsylvania's leading corporations, has reached the testing stage of genetic engineering. The possibility of creating armies of super-men with the ability to fight better than all others, and the forced loyalty that many countries' militaries currently lack. These soldiers, although occasionally hideously mutated, have hightened intelligence and the ability to think independently within the confounds of the beliefs of their superiors. Why force your citizens to have to deal with the downtrodden miscreants of society when they can sleep safe at night knowing their borders are protected by genetically engineered super soldiers...Contact Doellsylvania today for more information on these soldiers and to place orders for the serums and equipment. We here at Mikosofl have completed this task under the codename Project: Daemon. Using selective breed and some genemanipulation our soldiers are about 6.3 times as effective as a normal recruit. Furthermore, our troops are glorious becons of man (think angelic), not monsters.

That has been considered by the Empire of New Izumi and has been rejected. Homeless ppl (though very few), though homeless, have a right to make their own decisions and they have decided against.

Me, I think it's got potential. Even the hideuous mutations could beused to demoralize the enemy, and solving homelessness is very, very difficult (not impossible, nothing is impossible). This however, seems good. If anyone attacks you about this whole thing I'll...um... put in a good word for you... or something...

The people of Doellsylvania have viewed the responses to our benevolent offer to our fellow nations and are appalled. You obviously have not considered the fact that Doellsylvania has quite a few homeless and we have already amassed an army well beyond the concept of rational thought. These super-strong hobos armed with the most advanced weaponary are certainly a forced to be reckoned with so I think it is wise for you to re-evaluated any attempts to insult the honor of Doellsylvania and its peoples. I think that mutating homeless people into super-humans is completly cruel!!! Zarathoft would never accept such a proposal! Homeless people can be a problem, but not changing them into super-soldier things! If you were homeless, how would you like to be taken off the streets and mutated into a super-human?! I think you should stop producing these vials, and have all your plants shut down! Your nation's leader/president/king whatever is cruel! So are your scientists for even thinking of creating something like this. I think the production of these super-humans should be stopped right now! Think of the people's civil rights! Just because they are homeless doesn't mean they can't have rights! I doubt that any of the homeless people you have taken want to be turned into you cruel creation!

I mean seriously, who wouldnt super-soldier and plus they're homeless, it's not like they had plans otherwise. We're improving their lives, giving them structure, teaching them a trade. Why, they can choose from the career paths:

- Accountant
- Military Strongman
- Dental Hygentist
- Refrigetor/Freezer Repairman
- Martial Arts Master
- Locksmith

Upon completion of the transformation, the super-soldier will recieve a uniform and a certificate proving they have competancy in the trade they have decided to pursue. I have yet to see any re-education of homeless in other countries. It's a symbiotic relationship. We teach them a trade, and they willingly sacrifice their lives for the betterment of our country. Right now, enemy forces could be amassing armies at your borders. Who will defend you? Who will give their lives so the elite of your nation can continue to serve mankind? I mean really, what else were the homeless planning on doing today? Eat some garbage? Beg for change? Get in a hobo fight? Smotion Dynamics and Doellsylvania are giving these filthy beggers a purpose and you have insulted our honor by saying its for-profit!

The problem being that genetic manipulation would take many generations to impliment, if not only the fact that these new super beings (syea right) would turn on their erstwhile creators. Such claims hamper the social and economic well being of my nation on the international front. I am happy to say that is a problem which doesn't plague Rebeland. Homeless people, or anyone else who defies me, are taken to the re-education camps and are released back into society 8-10 years later.

hmmm...super soldiers *scratches my head*...sounds evil...anything that is evil is fun..and anything that is fun leads to total destructin which leads to taking over the world which leads to world abomination which leads to inhabiting other planets and destroying their planets and harvesting their resources and selling them to other countries and then when we sell them we blow them up KAAABBOOOOM then we can take over a galaxy and live on a planet full of resources and use the inhabitants as slaves...

There are NO homeless in Galdania. Everyone has free housing in Galdania. Along with free food, clothing, clean water...everything you need is supplied by the government.

Well, I think that someone should inspect these facilities. I would also be a lot happier if the homeless people signed a paper in which their signature was on it stating that they want to be turned into a Super-Soldier. I still don't like the idea, but I will go along with it if you allow Zarathoft or another any other nation inspect these facilities to make sure you arn't doing/using illegal substances. I also request that you do have them sign a paper or something showing that they want to be turned into a Super-Soldier, and I will go along with you processing of this substance.

Zarathoft accepts you offer for the tour of you facilities. Zarathoft does understand and will follow the rules of your country while we are taking a tour. I would greatly appreciate it though if my inspecters could take notes, no pictures will be taken just notes on what you say about the formulas. Is it okay that my inspecters take notes? If not, I will still like to have a tour. Like I said before, I would also like it if you had a written report, or a file on a computer to show that everyone one of you Super-Soldiers agreed to be mutated into that form.

Granted, in most cases, what you will be seeing is not of that much secrecy but depending on how tight security is, your tour may be very brief...

A brief tour is fine, as long as you give us enough information to know what is going on. You don't have to tell us anything classified or anything you don't want to say. Yes, I would like to talk to a couple of the Super-Soldiers to make sure they wanted to become these Super-Soldiers. As for the notes, just the main points or anything else the might be interesting. You can read each of the inspecters' notes to see if we can keep them. Anything you don't want to be written down, you can remove. We are giving you full permission to erase any part of the note that you feel is too in depth or should not be known incase the papers fall into the wrong hands. Therefore, my inspecters would just write down a few of the main points. Like I said, I understand and respect your laws, and I give you permission to remove any part of the note that you don't want to be written down.

Dear Senator;
I am writing to dismiss any rumors that the practices of gene manipulation by Smotion Dynamics and the Doellsylvanian government is morally wrong. To help aid my point, allow me to tell you about myself. I was raised with two older brothers who were both destined to be successful. I struggled through school and constantly was found "hanging out" with the wrong crowds. This of course got me fired from any job I had from fry cook to iron smith apprentice. Eventually, companies just stopped hiring me. I was forced to live on the streets and was looked at by my family to be a disgrace. When the opportunity to better myself came along, there was no way I could reject it. After the manipulation had been completed, I felt stronger and lost that nagging feeling of doubt and self-consciousness that had always kept me down. My family know looks at me with pride and no longer are my parents afraid to say, "that's my son." Doellsylvania has given its downtrodden another chance at life and by God, how can anyone condemn them for that. I hope this letter will shine some light for you on this subject. Thank you.

It sounds as if your Super-Soldiers are happy with what you have done with them. Will you please give me a tour date, any day is fine with me. Please respond ASAP so I may have tour. KalEtch has been using homeless in their military for a decade already. You don't need super men, you need super training facilities. After 10 years the homeless are almost as good as the x-marines. Because of this program homelessness is becoming lessened, because they are paid to serve, and the military force is getting much stronger.

We the Allied States of Shadow Glow have observed your..(sigh).. experiments and are not amused. Your techinques are rather crude, and most of your mutations are random. Trying focusing on genetic mutation in fetuses, I assure you the results are very pleasing.

We can arrange a tour but I must make sure we have the maximum number of countries interested in going as Smotion Dynamics does not offer tours that often...Are there any others interested?
