I as the Commander in Chief of the Confederated Republic of Tulrania, otherwise known as the Confederacy of Tulrania, have come public with a new Secret Project to DESIGN, CREATE, and BUILD a ship that will express our sovreignty to all who threaten it, showing hope to all who accept it. However, we have come to a problem with the design phase in that my Confederate Naval Command Staff has had a few problems with the scientists and engineers at work with the project.
In confrontation with design specs of engineers our High Commandant of Naval Command is stressed with the implements of weapons and armor that it must have and the technology required for it to stay a float, therefore one final decision was made to make it either space worthy or air worthy, Anti-Gravity technology must be used in either case.
Classified Project Matter One, project to research Anti-Matter technology and weapons, if need-be, has been implemented to task the Anti-Gravity issue along with the Anti-Matter Research and Production. This has put a terrible strain on operations in our nation and citizens grow worried about the state of the nation and her leaders, most of all themselves. However, upon realizing that the Chief General of Confederate Armed Forces was in the process of implementing hgis finished research divisions project on Atomic and Fusion Technology, of course primarily for weapons, High Commandant of Naval Command asked and was given permission to used the recently finished research data to design three Anti-Gravity Devices for the new ship.
Now, here is the prime problem with this project. In order to better the defense of this Confederate Republic, I have chosen the Air/Space Hybrid choice, designed by myself and a few staff, and now we are running smoothly, expect for one HUGE problem. The design team has FAILED to create and design a structure for the new ship and thus caused terrible fall back with our progress. It is my duty as a national leader to call upon the assistance of fellow nations for designs of a new ship with abilities of Air/Space, possibly sea, travel. Images, pictures, whatever you could think of for a Battlecruiser to Battleship class ship.
Progress needs to be quickened as it is already behinded. I thank all for your assistance if you should lend it.
