After speaking with the leader of Chancland out of this thread, they have agreed to allow the ARSB to build an army/air force base inside Chancland. The base will provide them with security as well as house their soldiers and allow their soldiers to be trained on our base. We will also pay the nation of Chancland $2 billion USD a year as well as our generous donation of military equipment.

Jaxforce, you are hereby permitted to draw diplomatically equipped forces into Chancland. You will be given a compound by the Chanclandian Goverment to suit your goverments needs in our country. The compound can hold a total of 6,000 persons, all being exceptable are: diplomatic, political, and peacekeeping militarized units. If you have any questions or inquiries contact Ambassador Chancex. If needed, we can allow Jaxforce the right to park units on our base and/or land aircraft there. We can also construct barracks for them if they so desire.
