*A census beureu worker looking over the latest returns of population from all over Edenstein notices that with the addition of people from Santacruz they have hit the one billion mark*
Worker: *picks up phone* Yes, I'm calling for Admiral Ulonov... .... No I don't have an appointment..... ... well I work for the government..... Well I wanted to tell him that we have reached 1 billion in population...... thank you...
*A few days later*
*Admiral Ulonov, acting emperor of Edenstein stands on the balcony of the palace*
Ulonov: Fellow Edensteinians!! Are great nation has reached 1 billion!! In honor of this, I am announcing that we will be having a month of celebration! I know that we have suffered greatly in recent months but we still remain strong, I also am extending a hand of frendship to any other nation on the planet, and beyond that wishes to send delegates to our celebration and Estate dinner taking place in aproximatly 3 days.
