Andrehervia

After intensive talks between various members of parliament, including the minister of defence, the minister of foreign affairs and even the president himself, the Andrehervian government has decided that the best way to prevent violent attacks from rogue nations is to scare them off with the possession of nuclear arms.
We would be most appreciative if countries already armed could help us down the nuclear path by giving us information on constructing, equipment or even a nuclear warhead to help our scientists design, construct and eventually arm our completed missiles.
You have our word that these weapons will never be used upon civilian targets, will never be used on innocent nations and that they will never be deployed unless another country has become such a risk that using them has become the final option.
If other nations feel that we do not have the capabilities needed to become a nuclear power, please state this with a good, valid reason and we will immediately cancel the plans.
Thank you for your time.
Yours faithfully,
The President of Andrehervia and the Parliament
