*This is a communique from the Commonwealth of Proleterians*
Earlier today our people took a great step towards total freedom when the General Revolutionary Council convened for the last time. The GRC was set up in the aftermath of the fall of the Democract Covenant, an oligarchy that had controlled our nation for 200 years.
The D.C banned any contact with the outside world and so this is our first chance to meet different nations and cultures.
The GRC has now made way for the supreme debating chamber of the 'upper' and 'lower' councils with regional councils also being established.
It is therefore the great privilege of the upper and lower councils to offer its friendship,non-aggression pacts and alliance to those willing to negiotiate with us.
