Nuclear Porgram commencing.

The Armed Republic of Rajibiztan, has commenced reserach into its nuclear program, if any country violates our nation's waters it will be taken as an decleration of war against our people, and we wil mobilize our 3rd armoured division and the 1st Naval Destroyer task force to remove the trest by force.

The reason for this drastic action is that if anyone sees anything of your programs it will be in violation of your countries national secrets act 1441:

"When in a 'Code Red' situation any country that vilations our space will be removed by force, regardless of the consequences.

From this moment trade will be ceased apart from with the Comrade Generals personal permission and only from the North, oil piping, trade route.

Thank you in advance for your co-operation, during this code red period.

Furer notice will be given when the Comrade General expresses his wish for additional information to be given.

OOC:It cost the US government $2.9 billion in 1945 to create an atomic weapon, in the 1980s South Africa built six simple nuclear devices for $400 million but used only personnel and materials within the country. I greatly doubt your country has the required techincal ability to create nuclear weapons like South Africa's and most definitely not current nuclear weapons.
