The Dimmimaran Ministry Of Defence would like to announce it's creation of Helda Bombs.
They combine the effects of a flash-bang grenade and a short electrical shock(they have motors built into them).
The effects will be:
Temporary blindness,
disoriantation(sp?),
target stunned for 5 seconds,
and has a 10 metre radius effect.

This has got to be an idiotic quip! I for one am not going to waste my countries precious funds on "non-lethal bombs" the whole point of a bomb is to instigate fear and casualties.

These bombs are not ment to kill. They are for crowd control purpases.They can also be used in a military situation,but then they are next to useless.

Why is it worth spending so much money on what is essentially the same as a conventional stun grenade, only heavier(due to the motors)?

We made these generally for our country where we have found stun grenades to be fine but they just didn't do the job, so we came up with the Helda bombs which we have found to be effective.We have a surplus so we decided to sell or keep the remainder.
