It has came to my attention that many countries are declaring war on each other like wildfire.It also seems that the main perpetrators are newbs!I am a newb and I don't declare war on every other country that I see.It is just that I am sick and tired of seeing every other post on this forum being a declaration of war.
Don't get me wrong, i am not against RP warfare just the amount of it that seems to clog up these forums.
