For the past months, Midgarre and Burcemia have taken control of the Final Fantasy worlds. Midgarre's President, Shinra attacked two citties in Baronn and I, King Cecil XI am declaring war on the People's Republic of Midgarre. We shall strike Midgarre as they struck us, and as God as my witness, we shall see to absolute victory.
