The Collectivist State of Tholaria is currently in an extremely prosperous phase of its existence, as it always has been. However the borders of Tholaria need extending. The lands of the primitive indiginous peoples neighbouring us have been taken, the wastelands of our former neighbours have been claimed, the land fast becomes one great city, rising to the heavens and sinking to the netherworld, yet still we need more space. Large scale colonisation of space is not yet within our capabilites, but the collective must grow. Therefore Tholaria wishes to negotiate the purchase of land, near or far from our present borders, we do not care. We are willing to listen to any offers, and are willing to exchange a variety of different goods for it, physical, intellectual, financial, technological etc.

I would recomend that you build underwater colonies on the ocean floor, start near your nation's ocean line and then extend outward, after all over 70% of Earths landmass is covered in water. This is what I plan to do as soon as it is needed for Synchronized.

Though the suggestion is appreciated, unchecked spreading through the sea would create strife and conflict we wish to avoid at this point. We have built in what part of the seas we hold in our possession, but we are reluctant to build in any territories, on land or sea, that would require seizing from another country, or are generally viewed as international and the accquisition of which could provoke hostilities against us.

I know why you think along these lines, when several nations in Europe (my Collective is centered in what was sonce Portugal and Spain) agreed to become Protectorates of Synchronized after my sucessful Humanitarian Aide to the Balkans (which gratfully joined the Collective) the insane nations of Tordor, Kecha, and Teritora formed a Defense-Coalition against my Collective.

A Cold War now exists and despite my every attempt at peace it was rejected by the insane non-synchronized peoples of the nations I told you about.
