Russian Forces is evil, corrupt, and bent on taking over the world (or at least eastern Europe). By the way, the Phantom Messenger is a new nation created to send messages in which the owner would like to remain anonymous. You can't attack a non-RP puppet that delievers messages for everyone. Don't shoot the messenger and you can't shoot the anonymous person who hired the messenger. Anyways, answer this poll. Would you attack RF if an invasion was started? The anonymous nation may later reveal his identity (and'll need to to decalre war and invade), but I can't control my customers.
