I write this topic as an attempt to make peace between my nation of Western Cactuaria and The nation of Havock.

WEll I'm here! I'm looking for a good peace between us, and I'm not going to argue about wwho started what. Just give me time to inform other members of my region to stop any military action.

Good peace will benefit both our nations

Good good. Okay, there has been no military action whatsoever beides the surrounding of our region of one of your affiliated regions. We recieved no warning or anything about possible military aggression from your alliance. Your ill will has frightened our region and we felt all we could do was defend was defend ourselves.
Our production of armaments was purely out of defense. We meant only to do what we could in what seemed like a hostile situation. Understand that what we have done is purely to not let ourselves be overrun.
I appreciate this effort to make peace, and I hope this is one pact made without a victory or loss.

Yes W. Cactuaria only increased its military size and made alliances out for defensive measures, again W. Cactuaria should not be held responsible for the actions of its allies.

So can we agree to call of all alliances? I'm sure that would stop this from happening real quick.

I've been apprised as to the situation by the leader of the nation of Havock. My people are all in favor of having a good sit-down meeting and discussing this like adults over whiskey-sours. I haven't been forewarned of the events leading up to this escalation, and our factories have been turning out units. Our defenders have also been practicing their combat techniques.

We're going to keep a defense condition 2 until all surrounding forces retreat. Our fingers, however, will remain off the trigger. So let's talk!

Peace will be well met. When and where will the conference take place? I would like to propose the peace talks be held in Krosovia's capital, Kaskograd, Saturday, if this is acceptable to Sid Vicious? Anyone who wishes to participate from the Union or Sid Vicious is encouraged to come.
