Today it was seen around the many shipyards of Communist Rule that many nuclear submarines have been coming into the massive building designated for drydock. The exact numbers are uncomfirmed, but the USSCR has released a statement saying that the submarines will be completely refitted around the new photonic mast system, made to replace the bulky, inefficient, space-consuming periscopes.
