In the center of Capitolia, the capital of The Holy Empire of CIGP the Magisterium were meeting to discuss the colonisation of a newly discovered planet that had been named Armenia.
"The colonisation of the new planet will bring much glory to the Empire" Bishop Wallsy stated.
"But expensive, how can we be sure that we will make all our expendeture back?" Bishop Prickly said.
"What about the 200 million souls who need to be brought to the grace of god on that planet?" Cardinal Wallsy said, "Besides CIGP is getting overcrowded as it is, far to many high rises have been built. Let us vote!"
By a majority of 71 to 28 the vote passed to colonise Armenia. The Magisterium asked Premier Cardinal Blessedbethyname's approval, the nod of the head was assumed to be his blessing. However he had merely fallen asleep again.

Two months later
The Colonisation ship the St Paul, landed upon the surface of Armenia. It held 100 missionaries; 1,000 settlers; 1,000 crew; 3,000 conquistadors; and a partridge in a pear tree. The base camp was set up immediatley and in the morning an expedition would set out for the native heathen village close by.
