President Cannon has stated that he would like for the international community, "to shut up.

"Various international governments have whined about our naval actions ('and the Navy has outraged the international community by sinking a boatload of refugees to prevent them reaching the shore.') The ship in question was a little 35 foot improvised boat stuffed to the gills with more than 500 passengers. We managed to get off well over 40% of them before the leaky nature of the vessel caused it to sink. And still other countries condemn us. How dare they? This wouldn't be a problem if those other nations embraced more Nedlogian ideas on Civil Rights, Economy, and Political Freedom. May those 200 souls we saved help foster a great awaking in their countries of origin once we fully process them for direct return.

"In addition many of the world community say we are not doing enough to help other 'more unfortunate' nations. There is a cry for us to, 'increase humanitarian aid to the world's poorer nations.' Well if those candy arsed countries would help themselves by once again adopting more Nedlogian ideas they wouldn't need a hand out. Feed a man a fish and you save him for a day, teach a man to fish and you save him for life.

"If countries still continue to whine to the Bank of Nedlog about how poor they are, the only aid they will receive will be contingent upon their opening up their markets to Nedlog Publishing. ('We give them a little humanitarian aid, they give us access to their Book Publishing markets... it's win-win. Nothing wrong with a little quid pro quo, especially for a good cause.') If these countries want a hand out they must instead take a hand up through knowledge. Make no mistake nations of the international community there will be no free rides.

"That is the extent of our financial assistance to the world community. We will, however, continue to offer leadership by example. To those nations of the world who continue to whine that is it not enough we say grow up.
