Neo Fascist Utopia will be holding a Chuunin exam for Genin level ninjas on Feb 16. Exam will consist of a written test, the "Forrest of Death", and a tournament for the remaining Genin. All national leaders are welcome to the event. Entry fee shall be $10. Please submitt the number of Genin level ninjas attending from each nation willing. Thank you
