OOC: i had an RP idea, and i'd like to use it.
the leader of Arribastan was touring on a Seawolf-class submarine when the sub lost radar contact in hostile waters. the submarine has a 2-hour air supply. (so we'll slow down time. a lot) we want to rescue the Emperor and the crew. Surface ships cannot be used, there are constant patrols, and the water is heavily mined.
This RP will require an agressor and any nations who wish to help.
