No comment on the true meaning of your thread, but thanks for the grammar! And the capitalization. SO often someone has good grammar without good capitalization, and a lack of one of those cancels the other out. And the region! Nothing misspelled plus a humorous message! FINALLY a New warmonger with a real idea of how things work!

Not sure if that is even possible. If this is an RP war, you could do so but in order to attack regions you need to be in the UN. That would undermine your cause.

Oh yeah, and this should be :arrow: moved to the NationStates forum. I know there are less willing-to-help people there, but it's just ettiquite to put topics where they belong.
