"Hey, George? What's that?"

"Huh? What? I don't see anything."

"Don't look out the window, idiot. Use the sensors. Do you have any idea how far we are from anything? I doubt there's anything within visual range no matter what direction you look in."

"I just asked you that. It showed up on the screens a few minutes, popped out of nowhere."

"Odd. There's no Klonor craft that small with an inter-system Sub-Space drive, must be somebody else. Better get on the horn, let them know there's an unknown ship incoming."

As George dials up the Defense Department for the system he takes another look at the screen, feeling that he should recognize the ship. It's at the end of his mind, but the ship class just wont come to him.

"Defense Command, this is Ensign George Hilery on sensor station Gere HOLY ****!"

In the middle of his communication to the commander the screens had suddenly flahsed and switched off, the sensors on the outer hull blinded. An instant later so is George, as the explosion that claimed the small ship reaches the sensor station and fills the room with a blindingly bright light. He fights it for a second, then succumbs to the bliss of un-conciousness.

OOC: I'm looking for some space nation to claim the ship. Post if you want in, and I'll see if you're good enough

OOC: Good luck finding a good RPer, most of the space nations that are any good are too familiar to you for this to work with them.

I was planning on this being a mopre diplomatic RP. At the most, maybe some tiny space battle with like one or two ships. I was hoping to avoid combat in this thread.

The nation of Keebland had a Clone steel a ship and make allies near there.His escape ship fits that discription.Maybe it was him.Chack out this link to learn more about him.

OOC: You could always try opening up diplomatic relations with the Magellans after a few battles (both sides would have to learn basics of the others language).

We have confirmed the losses at around 300 vessels, and we say around becuase some of the vessels have not been accounted for, 28 to be precise. If any nation or ship locates any vessel with the markings or beacon of and Indra Prime Warship please inform the Senior Directorate directly.

OOC: That is not a bad post. Very good for a second RP. It was a lot like what I was looking for, too. You're in!

George blinks a bit, moaning as he rolls over. He's suddenly jolted awake by a slap to the face

"Wake up! This is no time for a nap. While you've been dozing I've been trying to repair the sensors. Almost got one of the cameras on-line. Help me finish it up."

The two men work quickly, repairing the viewing camers and sensor stations. After the repair work is completed they check the readings.

"Wow, haven't seen something like that for a long time. This should be reported."

"Yeah, but I made the call last time."

"@$$! Okay, now where's the touchpad? Oh, here it is. This is Sensor Station Geronimo, we have detected an unidentified ship entering the Regulus system. The ship seems to have self-destructed. We are getting some pretty intense readings, it looks like it was an anti-matter bomb. There has been some superficial damage to the station, most of which has been repaired. Orders?"

He listens a bit, then switched off the Com.

"They say to sit tight. They're gonna send a repair shuttle out which will stop off here, then move on the explosion site. Until then..... wanna open a deck of cards?"

A few hours later......

The Omega transport Hector begins to move away from the explosion site, finished with its scanning and tests.

"We've completed our report. It seems it was an anti-matter bomb, as suspected, abord a warp-capable craft. The ship type is unknown. Suggest we send out a transmission to all warp-nations if anybody has any info on this."

A few minutes later.......

"To all Warp capable nations. We, the nation of Klonor, have had a ship detonate a very powerful bomb inside one of our systems. It was a small craft, and used an anti-matter warhead. If you have any information on this event, please share."

In Froggyliciousness, the news media was all over the hijacking. The ship was made with an extra compartment. The ship was made available to the terrorists who wanted to assassinate the FroggyVille senator, and the Froggy Defense Forces spy had pretended to set the bomb while setting it in the compartment. He then took off in a cloaked hidden escape pod and detonated the bomb. The senator from FroggyVille, Toad Frogzers, said "I feel the Froggy Senate is powerless to resolve this crisis... I don't want security, I want answers. Who's trying to kill me? I think it's Ukood Tnuoc, the head of The Communist Confederation. Who else , with my capitalist policies and such? ."

We believe Toad Frogzers was right. The Communist Confederation has been trying to kill him for months now. Even the bombing of the spaceport was linked to him. They have been funded by The North Lighthouse, a member of A-Corp, a known terrorist organization. We only found out about the plot to bomb the Senate from the computers we seized on their other hijacked ship. (ooc: see some of my past terrorist threads) We don't know what they will do next, however. The message was encoded, and here at FroggyWorld, we don't have the best cryptography skills. Also, we have a couple of maniacal dictatorships on FroggyWorld that would gladly destroy Froggyliciousness. Let me know what you think,
