This is a call for aid from any nation that loves and cherishes freedom.
Quanda has now declared war on the state of RFF.
A brief overview:
Last week, RFF uncovered a cache of weapons of mass destruction used by terror orginizations.
The international community called upon RFF to disarm, and they failed to do so.
Not only that, but RFF's brutes and cowards in their intelligence agency tortured civilians as well as foreign agents who were sent to recover stolen weapons.
Following this, RFF invaded the nation of Ocklawa, and occupied it.
Quanda stretched out its hand in friendship and attempted to negotiate, but we were promptly rejected. Quandan soldiers were sent to Ocklawa to put down the rebels, who were fighting AGAINST RFF, and RFF proceeded to fire on them with battle tanks.
Quanda responded by launching aircraft to destroy the tanks as well as government postions. Infantry began a course of guerilla warfare to stiffle supply routes.

Then, last night, RFF did the unthinkable.
They unleashed nuclear and biological weapons upon the innocent people of Quanda itself, rather than Quandan soldiers.

RFF has shown itself to be nothing more than its name, a rogue nation! They have weapons of mass destruction, and will not hesitate to use them on innocent people!
Therefore, I, President Smith of Quanda, granted emergency war time powers, has declared war on the Rogue Nation of RFF.

May freedom win in this war.

To all other freedom loving nations:
Quandans are dying as we speak. We request military and humanitarian aid to win this war against RFF, and hope that you will reach out your hand in friendship to our injured populace.



In RFF:
Commandos of Quanda, though reduced to half in number due to RFF hunting them down, proceed into position. Lying just ahead is the Parliment of RFF. MP-5s and sniper rounds poured from the remaining 30 commandos, and grenades destoryed hefty concentration of troops.
Across the street, an old woman popped up from the window, and was promptly gunned down by Quandan commandos who thought she was a loyalist fighter. Soon, a commandos got inside and began to plant C-4 in critical locations, awaiting a signifciant RFF response.

12 A-7s, flying at ground level, flew into the RFF's capital city, dropping smart bombs on any major troop formations that could hurt the Quandan commandos.
Elsewhere, in RFF's port, F-15Es dropped "dumb bombs" at very low altitudes onto piers and docks, in an effort to eliminate RFF's ability to supply their men in Ocklawa and liberate the island.
In Ocklawa:
All remaining infantry and flatbeds boarded their ships and left the island, awaiting additional reinforcements.
From Quanda, 200 Abrams, 600 Bradleys, 200 Chapparls, and 1000 Godoviskas supported by 2000 flatbeds set sail for the tiny island.

F-16s covered the retreat and supply routes wherever they could, which was difficult when the only intelligence was from the few Commandos left in Ocklawa.

SR doesn't care for freedom, but we will assist you.
SR is dispatching forces to your location as soon as you confirm.
We will dispatch 50 docotrs, with medical supplies, 250 standard infantry men, emergency housing, building materials. More will come if you wish. All supplies being airlifted.

Quanda welcomes the additional aid from our new friends. We were somewhat prepared for this, of course, but we have quarantined Smallpox hit areas.

In that case, SR will also send their specialised quarantine response unit. They're trained in bioloigcal disasters (after a rather unfortunate accident with a biological weapon). They will set up decontaimination showers, make areas safe, and enforce quarantine. Unit consists of 50 men, all with bio/chem suits, 10 mobile decontamination showers, and other supplies. SR wishes you best of luck and condems this attack. SR will comit to any action you take,

Follow up strikes by Quanda...
Inside Ocklawa's port city, Quandan commandos snuck up on the guard, silently dispatching him silently. RFF gunships flew overhead , looking for any Quandan sympathizers, but the commandos were well versed in urban combat, and remained hidden from view.
They approached a supply depot rather quickly, and lie in wait, laser designators painting the target so an A-7 lifting off from Quanda could destroy the target satisfactroly. (sp?)

My full support is behind Quanda. I have WMD ready for use.

CorpSac will formaly declare war on RFF, we do this as they have used WMD on Quanda. we will send thr 209th, 81st and 5th Infentry Divs, the 22nd and 32nd Armored Core, the 5th marine Div, and the 81st Artillary Core. with air support from the air force and naval.

Red klaxons blared. The use of the nuclear submarine's special bays had been authorized by the Premier, Head of the Army, and Foreign Officer.
Lieutenant Admiral Askan flicked the switch.
'Set missile to co-ordinates. Y2433X56B45 comrade ensign, then
engage follow up procedures Alpha through Foxtrot '

The bays opened, Cogs straining to lift the giant ICBM inside.
'Engage follow up procedures Foxtrot through November'

The missile geared into position, as the secure rods flew off into the ocean.
'Engage follow up procedures November through Zebra'

The missile moved up five metres, its engines begining to start.

The engine burst into life as the tertiary secure rods flew off, the ICBM flew into the sky aimed at a RFF city.
'Now ensign, we hope it hits'

'Comrade, wire a message to Quanda saying we will send in the 2nd Army, Armour Division 23rd, Infantry Divisions 34,56 and 75, and The 1st Fleet.'

Brief description of Quanda:
Basically, out of laziness, I combined Iraq and Kuwait into one country. Thats the outline:
Formng the Saudi, Iraqi border(Saudi Arabia and more being Karasis) is the River of Courage. It runs the entirety of the Karasis-Quanda border. At the mouth is Karasis City, in Karasis of course.
Umm Qasr can be replace with Seth. The Quanda River runs from Seth up to An Nasiriyah(which is called Mahogany) Around there also lies the mountains of Quanda, a small chain. The Quanda Canal runs from Mahogany to Baghdad(Qri) where it meets up with the Qri river.
The Qri river runs from Sammarra(Olympia, the temporary capital) to Qri, to Karbala(Kep) down to the River of Courage halfway down the Karasis-Quanda border. There lies the town of Zed.
Also on the River of Courage lie two more downs. Due south of Ar Rutbah(does not exist in Quanda) is Fromd, and on the modern Kuwaiti-Saudi-Iraq point border is Johnsville.

IC: The Republic of Quanda must, once again, commend the excellent show of force by the world in support of Quanda. Hopefully, our righteous might will defeat the rogue nation of RFF and liberate Ocklawa.
As we speak, the United Nations is also debating a resoloution that would call for war against RFF.

Needless to say, Quanda contiued operations.
In RFF:
The Commandos finally pulled out of Parliment building. Quickly, they disappered into the chaos of the city, though weaker from the battle.
The C-4 charges detonated, and Quanda had achieved some form of venagnce, a la Doolite raid.
The commandos never saw the missile coming for them.

In Ocklawa:
Though the commandos were growing increasingly weak in the barious cities of the RFF-held island, they held on.
Soon, two dozen F-15Es poured into the port city, dropping their load onto troops and tanks. Of course, civilian casualities were mounting in the constan air raids...

A-7s scoured the countrside for any sign of AA batteries or supply dumps, but they found nothing, expected since no troops were on the ground to guide them to their targets.

However, 3 F-16s were more succesful in their strike. From previous strikes, Quanda knew where an airbase lie. The F-16s skimmed above the Earth as well as they could. The Fighting Falcons approached the airbase, and began to drop bombs and open fire on the aircraft on the ground, which were assumed to be RFF fighters.

In Quanda:
Celebrations were ecstatic in the provisional capital of Olympia. People froliced on the streets, and popped bottles of champaign. There was the odd violent celebration, but police quickly put down the rambunctious partiers.
A Reporter for the Quandan Times, snapped pictures here and there, spotting a woman wearing a smile on her face and holding up the noon papers headline of "Air Strikes Punish RFF"

Eventually, President Smith adressed the masses, showing his joy as well.
"My fellow Quandans. We stand here on a new age! An age where democracy will triumph over tyranny, where right shall smash wrong, where RFF will fall!
They launched a nuclear strike on innocent Quandan civilians. Unarmed women and children, who took no part of fighting.
Why is this?
They know they can not defeat our righteous minded soldiers, who will now bring us forth to absoloute victory!
Many have said that I have taken a soft stance on terror, that I do not carry out what is neccessary. Many said I was too eager for diplomacy with RFF, and the world said we were cowards for not fighting.
How could they be more wrong!
Now, our commandos operate in RFF and Ocklawa, braving bullets and bombs to see us forth.
Now, our pilots undertake missions in enemy territory to destroy their infrastructure.
Now, Quanda will fight.
And Quanda will win!
All across the world, people have shown their support and courage and have pledged to help Quanda.
Now, victory is inevitable"

SR will also declare war on RFF. They are quite obviously a serious threat to the rest of the world, if they decide to use Weapons of Mass Destruction so freely. They should be disarmed immedieately. Furthermore, SR will try to get support from the region of SR Control to aid you as best we can.

In the SR Government Press Announcment room
Commander Soldant looked at all the people watching him, waiting to know why troops had suddenly been sent off to a forigen land. Apart from the war on Bristle, this was the only other war SR had commited to. Soldant looked at his notes, and began.

"Recently, the nation of RFF used WMDs on the nation of Quanda. SR has dispatched emergency supplies and forces to the area. However-" Soldant sighed, thinking how to put the next bit "-while RFF still have these weapons, we're all in danger. Every last one of us. For these reasons, SR has declared war on RFF, and will be launching a strike shortly."
Soldant walked away, ignoring the press's many questions.

OOC: Sending two aircraft carriers, and about 7 destroyers. Sorry I can't remember the name and all my miltary stats are locked in Excel atm, and I don't have excel installed because I'm really lazy :D

The "Avenger" aircraft carrier, off the coast of RFF
Several F-16s are ready on deck, preparing to strike. They take off and begin flying near the coast, looking for targets to hit. However, they refrain from firing, instead they meerly take recon photos. They seem to avoid any fire from down below.

OOC: This would be RFF's time to say what's along his coast, correct?

The other aircraft carrier has a few Heuy and Littlebird helicopters waiting to ferry SR's Elite Strikers unit, to begin their ground assault on RFF. There are also some modified YF-22 Raptor fighters with small bombs on the wings in place of some missiles.

Announcer: We interrupt regularly scheduled programming now to bring you live to the Cremelin in Birmangrad where Chairman of Birmania K.R. Frack will now address the nation.

Chairman: Comrades of the motherland and friends across the globe, a dark cloud is upon us that threatens every peace-loving nation. Two days ago the nation of RFF launched a massive weapons of mass destruction attack against ally and fellow NWTS country Quanda. Birmania will not stand by idly while a neighbor is senselessly attacked. Fellow countrymen, the Birmanian Duma met early this evening and reached a unanimous resolution. The Republic of Birmania Hereby declares war upon the Rogue Nation of RFF. At this time, a military field army of undisclosed numbers is being mobilized and will likely be launched sometime overnight. I wish to be up front: This war may not be short, and it may be costly, but Birmania will not tolerate this senseless agression. We will fight and we will prevail. Furthermore, Birmania is donating 3 billion dollars to Quanda for emergency relief and reconstruction. The money has already been wired. It is my greatest desire that every citizen of Birmania do all he can to assist his nation in this war effort. The next few days, weeks, or even months will prove a test of our resolve. Comrades, stand strong and fight for freedom! Good night, and may god bless Birmania.

Three of my nuclear ICBM's have been aimed at The Rogue Nation of RFF and are ready to be fired when the go ahead is given. Fight fire with fire and WMD with WMD. If any country sees a reason why this launch should not commence, please, address the issue.

My anti ICBM defenses have been turned online as well and a no fly zone has been placed over my nation, anything larger than one of my mutated hawks will be disabled with a presision metal piercing EMP and then destroyed.

However, the elite warriors of Gold Team braved on, still killing RFF men in the dark and planting mines to halt supply routes.
The Air War in Ocklawa's port city continued as well.
F-16s soon dove to sea level, and dropped bombs and fired rockets into a transport ship that Quanda believied was carrying supplies to RFF soldiers.
20 A-7s, skimming along the sea, moved into position as well.
This time, their targets were tanks. Tanks that could hit amphibious landers.
The Corsairs flew around the city, dropping bombs on any armored vehicles that they could find.
However, RFF Abrams were spread out over a wide area, and no descisve strike could be arrived at.
Minutes later, follow up strikes by three dozen F-15Es removed highways across the city, and clogged roads with debris. The goal was to limit the mobility of the tanks that Quanda could not find, and pin them in certain locations that Gunships could eliminate when they got close.

Well, it has been three days since a vicious WMD attack by RFF struck Quanda, and the situation is still somewhat grim.
Here at home, the war goes poorly. While Quanda certainly was not a producer of arms to begin with, the loss of a viable port has caused severe harm the military infrastrucutre. The supplies that are getting in are almost exclusviley for aerial operations and are ariving at the Quanda Air Force Base.
Quanda is dramatically increasing its aresenal of weapons, as well. Billions are being invested into the country, and some of that money is being funneled into arms, such as the 1,000 Abrams tanks that Quanda recently purchased.
Final damage has been estimated from the WMD attack, and results are surprisingly low in some areas, while very high in others.
Officials say that this is so due to the use of atomic weaponry rather than hydrogen. Hydrogen bombs have much larger radii of destruction and can obliterate entire cities, while atomic weapons have a smaller radius of desturction usually reserved for troops.
Areas hit with anthrax have recieved anti-biotics, and smallpox hit areas have been quaratined.

Announcer: The government publicly disclosed information about the mobilization of the military first announced during last Wednesday evening's declaration of war on RFF. Chairman Frack said earlier today that 4 infantry divisions consisting of a total fighting force of 32,000 men set sail alongside a small carrier battlegroup early Thursday morning. The carrier contains 7 fighter squadrons, for a total of 42 aircraft. The fleet has rendevouzed with Quandan ships and will be based off the coast of RFF when operations begin. The president promised more detailed information as it is made available to him.

OCC: Quanda--when your back at it--since your supreme military commader for NWTS I need you to direct my forces and make sure they're feasible. Military spending is just under 200 billion at the time of posting, and by the time you've seen this, should be significantly greater.

A Seawolf submarine spots a large supply ship.
Commander Bitcc-Bring it down boys.
4 tommahawk missles fly from the submarine, two hitting the ship in the middle and one on each end. Several F-16s spot some infantry and fire missiles into them.
Vendav-Find out where the largest ammount of troops are, and light them up with napalm.
General-Yes sir.

An agent swims into Quandas largest port. He places C4 on almost every ship pulls out the detonator and pushes the button.He then throws a gernade into the guard tower. He gets the rocket launcher out of his duffle bag and fires a rocket into the other guard station. As this is happening another agent is destroying an arms manufacturing plant.

Shall I launch the nukes?

Hyena if you use any weapons of mass destruction against RFF it will kill thousands of innocents in RFF and in Quanda because, surely RFF will respond with chemical and biological weapons.

IC: The Republic of Quanda must call for restraint when it comes to weapons of mass destruction. Surely, all we wish to do is to elminate RFF's armed forces, and we stand a fair chance without using such weapons. Attacking RFF wholesale will just cause the deaths of millions of civilians.

QNN Newscast: In today's headlines, the war with RFF is still in progress.
All across the nation, millions of young men wish are signing up to help the war effort after a devestating missile attack on Quandan soil.
Obviously, Quanda could not possibly afford to equip all of these men, but Quanda is working desperatley to increase military might.
In addition, the first fleet has been formed.
This fleet includes 10 Los Angeles Class subs, 10 Ticonderaga Cruisers, a Nimitz Carrier with 40 Tomcats and 20 A-7s, and 10 Type-23 Frigates. Currently, all of Quanda's supply and transport ships are under protection by the fleet, which have withdrawn from Ocklawa waters.
Overseas, we still have 40 supply ships and 20 RO/RO ships. Being towed are 200 M-48 Chapparals. 200 M1A2 tanks, a good 5,000 infantry, 600 Bradleys, 1000 Godovskas, and 4500 flatbed trucks.
All commandos have been withdrawn from Ocklawa and RFF. Defense Secretary Azro cited that the commandos could not possibly be adequately supplied in far-away territory, and Quanda will rely upon longrange air strikes against known targets to defeat RFF, in addition to international assistance.

Empire of Haukka can support Quanda with KFIR F-21A airplanes. We will support Quanda also with rifles, machine guns, grenade machine guns and artillery. Empire of Haukka judges strongly use of biological weapons.

Ocklawa: A team of two dozen Nighthawks flew over the seacoast, still unseen at such long range. They were completely fueled and armed, and ready to seek out their prey.
“Knight Squadron, Knight squadron, engage all hard enemy radar spikes, authentication X-Ray”
The F-117 pilots separated to fly to their individual targets. Stationary and mobile radar dishes.
“Ghost Rider, Ghost Rider, this is Sunflower 4. Negative contact on Bogey. Repeat, no intruding aircraft at Romeo-47-630-12” The F-14 flew back towards the aircraft carrier, now that the imagined threat was gone.
Everlasting Hope, a new Type-23 frigate of the First Fleet, launched an ASROC at a suspected submarine.
“Any transients?” the commander asked.
“Negative, sir. Just a spot of interest. Could be a magma displacement, could be an eruption, could be anything. We are just dropping one to be sure”
The crew waited silently, almost as if the submarine, if it even existed, could hear their very breath.
The ASROC passed the point where the suspected sub was, and no explosion was heard.
“All ahead, half, men,” the commander said
“Aye, commander”

Aboard Nimitz-class carrier, Giant:
“As you know, warfare with RFF is now total. We are destroying their assets, they are destroying ours.
What you do not know is that RFF is now engaging our supply ships.
This Carrier is to launch an immediate retaliatory effort against docks in Ocklawa, to prevent submarines from working there ever again.
Man your planes!”
A cry of joy came from the pilots when they were given their orders by Admiral Williams, supreme commander of the Quandan fleet.
Within 10 minutes, F-14s and A-7s, 20 of the former and 10 of the latter, lifted off from the deck of the carrier and flew into the brightening sky, their crews bent on total destruction of these ports. 2,000 pounds bombs were being carried, along with Phoneix missiles and fuel tanks.
The pilots vowed RFF would rue the day when they attacked Quandan forces.

In Quanda:
“Unknown aircraft penetrating Quandas border near Karasis city. All patrolling aircraft engage.”
Lt. Mark Jacobson’s F-16 made a sharp turn. Carrying two sidewinders and nothing else, the fighter quickly broke the sound barrier as it closed in on the unknown aircraft.
Soon, Jacobson was on the tail of the unknown plane, and a missile was launched.
The sidewinder arced through the sky, quickly gaining ground on the lumbering aircraft. Soon, the hunter and the hunted merged into one giant fireball, ending the imaginary threat to Quanda. It was then Jacobson received the next broadcast from CENTCOM.
“ Holy S*, Bravo 11. You just shot down a plane full of refugees.”
The Lieutenants face turned pale as he considered the damage he had just done.


Quanda must reaffirim its stance against the use of Weapons of Mass Destruction. However, bio-weapons are of considerable concern to us. Eventually, we may invade with ground troops, and our own soldiers will be infected with disease! I don't know abou you, but I was unable to get smallpox vaccines to all of my troops.
I suggest we focus on eliminating strategic capabilites of our enemy, then naval, then air-power. Following this, attack government infrastrucutures and ground forces.

A cry of joy came from the pilots when they were given their orders by Admiral Williams, supreme commander of the Quandan fleet.
Within 10 minutes, F-14s and A-7s, 20 of the former and 10 of the latter, lifted off from the deck of the carrier and flew into the brightening sky, their crews bent on total destruction of these ports. 2,000 pounds bombs were being carried, along with Phoneix missiles and fuel tanks.
The pilots vowed RFF would rue the day when they attacked Quandan forces.

In Quanda:
“Unknown aircraft penetrating Quandas border near Karasis city. All patrolling aircraft engage.”
Lt. Mark Jacobson’s F-16 made a sharp turn. Carrying two sidewinders and nothing else, the fighter quickly broke the sound barrier as it closed in on the unknown aircraft.
Soon, Jacobson was on the tail of the unknown plane, and a missile was launched.
The sidewinder arced through the sky, quickly gaining ground on the lumbering aircraft. Soon, the hunter and the hunted merged into one giant fireball, ending the imaginary threat to Quanda. It was then Jacobson received the next broadcast from CENTCOM.
“ Holy S*, Bravo 11. You just shot down a plane full of refugees.”
The Lieutenants face turned pale as he considered the damage he had just done.


Quanda must reaffirim its stance against the use of Weapons of Mass Destruction. However, bio-weapons are of considerable concern to us. Eventually, we may invade with ground troops, and our own soldiers will be infected with disease! I don't know abou you, but I was unable to get smallpox vaccines to all of my troops.
I suggest we focus on eliminating strategic capabilites of our enemy, then naval, then air-power. Following this, attack government infrastrucutures and ground forces.
A Basic outline to say the least.

Well I'm curious that RFF posted earlier how F-16s spotted infantry and began shooting missiles into them...either that was a large number of infantry grouped together and the F-16s were flying fairly low...still...you don't just fire missiles at infantry soldiers, do you? Unless it was a convoy...

I dont have a port city of my own anymore. I am currently operating out of Birmania, and no ships have been in dock for a long time(ships were just purchased, and stayed at sea) Sorry, man.
As for missiles and infantry.
You can fire missiles at infantry...perfectly acceptable. But, missiles tend to be expenisve and more usefulfor blowing up tanks. But you can shoot them at infantry.
