Recently the region of Sid Vicous has been threatened by the Alliance made by the Union of United Empires. Why has this happened you ask? It is because I, the Rogue Nation of Havock left that very region. This ill will infringes on my very freedom to act as a nation and a leader of one. This cannot be tolerated. I ask of every willing nation to take the side of Sid Vicous and stand for not only our region's freedom to act as we wish, but also for all of you. If cannot act freely then others will restrict you. I-or better every leader-cannot let this pass. I implore you to take the side of Sid, and not the side of a disgruntled region hungry for a fight.

Hungry to fight you say? I will have no part in this war other than to defend myself and allies? If anyone should be hungry for a fight, i should think it would be you? if not your whole region. We had been allied and you had left us? Yes, we were rather disgruntled, but is this something worth going to war over? I think not. Cease the attack of our region now havock. We mean no bloodshed.

I do not wish to join either side tho I feel the Union is right. This conflict seems pointless and ill concived. I agree with Cactuaria that this is folly. I strongly advise you do nothing Havock, or you will see some of my missiles in your sky.
