In the biggest deal the Imperium has ever seen, Phoenix Defense Industries (PDI on IMEX) has purchased the Defense Division of Polaris Inc. The total deal was for 300 billion Imperial Dollars and all assets of Polaris Defense, including patents and construction facilities, were tranferred immediately after the transaction was completed. Tao Sun, President and CEO of Phoenix Defense Industries, had only this to say, "The Defense Division of Polaris Incorporated has long been dormant, despite the excellent goods they put out in their prime, we hope to take what they come with and improve upon the formula."
