I'm not in the habit of selling any kind of WMD, but I do have some advice. First, it would help to tell people what exactly you want, if you don't know you shouldn't have them. Second, I get the feeling you're looking for a US-style arsenal, 400 billion isn't going to cover it, so keep putting pennies in the piggy bank.

Because it is our hope that there will come a day when WMD proliferation will bring the entire world down on the nations involved in the sale. And we want to warn nations that their trading in WMDs on the world market may eventually bring about their downfall.

AU Forces have sent in 20 Destroyers to act as a blockaid to Crappypants. All ships coming in must report to AU Forces for inspection.
