Nearly 2 Years after the Invasion of the Prada Island Chain the next step of the EEP (Empire Expansion Plan) has taken place. At 4am this morning Imperial Army Units, supported by the Imperial Air Force and Imperial Navy took the Island of Guchi, 41 miles South of the Prada Islands.
Local people gae no resistance and seemed pleased that they were not part of the Imperium. Red Guard Shock Units took the only military base without a shot being fired, and found that the troops there wernt even in uniform. Imperial Engineers have begun construction of a new Air Force and Naval Base on the Island and the construction is set to bring massive benefits to the local economy.

I condemn this act of imperialism, and urge you to halt this "expansion" as you call it. I'm sure there are things that you aren't telling us. I do not believe that there was no resistance to your armies.

The Fedral Union will put ecnomic sanctions on you if you do not stop this imprlistic move ..

The United States of Independent Hitmen, in its capacity as an ally of the Empire of Imperial Guardsmen congratulates you on your recent land aqquisition. I do not believe that sanctions will effect you very much and believe that you should expand as you wish. However perhaps less publicity would be better for your further enlargement.

His aid replied thus, "Imperial Guardsmen have taken the near-defenseless island of Guchi. Barely any resistance. According to their propaganda reports, the local people are quite pleased."

President Carter shrugged and responded with an order, "Assemble several inspectors and connect me to the Imperial's leader. I want to send a message to them. If the people are truely happy with their new overseers, they'll have no problem with New Genoese inspectors making sure that this claim is indeed true."

Your inspectors would be most welcome. We are glad of the chance to vindicate ourselves in the eyes of the International Community through a neutral investigation of the Island. Contrary to the opinion of many nations, this will bring more security to the people of Guchi and Prada. Now that they are within the Imperium they fall under its protection and with large greedy Super Powers moving throughtout the world doing as they wish with no one to stop them this is an ideal oppurtunity for them to remain safe.
